Have to, or want to, modify what you eat? Try a vegetarian selection. This doesn’t mean you give up great flavors or recipes, it means you look at other options to give you the same amount of protein using different sources of food. The key is to consume a variety of foods and the right amount of foods to meet your calorie needs. Follow the food group recommendations for your age, sex, and activity level.
